Avoid this hotel!!! the hotel's environment is EXTREMELY POOR!!! After staying at the hotel for two days, we were covered in SERIOUS HIVES!!! The hotel's towels and sheets are very UNCLEAN!! They SMELL BAD!!! If you want to get sick in Paris and ruin your vacation, then go ahead and book this hotel!! The hotel seems to enjoy playing WORD GAMES. Even after we raised this issue with the hotel, they still shirked responsibility and claimed that the hives on our bodies were not caused by them. They insisted their hotel is "clean," but believe me, such an IRRESPONSIBLE hotel will only make your mood worse!!! Also, the hotel's location is very FAR from the subway station!! It takes a 30-minute walk each way! The hotel's advertised Disney shuttle only provides a shuttle to Disneyland!!! They don't offer a shuttle back!!! Avoid this hotel!!!

We stayed for a few nights for a family holiday, the gym is great as are the rooms. However the steps out of the pool are too high which makes getting out of the pool difficult especially for people who struggle with mobility issues. There is also no handrail down into the jacuzzi. We wasn't informed about the tourist tax or the 100 euro deposit on arrival pre-booking. There is nothing within walking distance from the hotel and taxis are very expensive here.

What we liked about it: - Adequate gym, not extensive. Staff helpful, pleasant. Brand new pool and spa etc (nice) Beautiful modern rooms and decor throughout. - What we didn't like about it: - No sunloungers or seating in outside areas. No handrail into jacuzzi, floor wet and slippy and dangerous. On booking nobody informed us about compulsory €100 refundable fee and tourist tax on arrival. Customers don't like to travel all day to be presented with this unexpected charge on arrival. Drinks prices = very expensive 11 euros for an ameretto No bar snacks as advertised No entertainment as advertised No ramp down to bowling for wheelchair access Very difficult to use the lift which requires your key card and the press of the button at the exact same time. Often it takes 4-5 attempts of pressing the button with room card to operate the lift. Also this not a hotel suitable for wheelchair users. Not disabled friendly. However the beds were very comfy and big
